The present petition is filed against the order dated 09.12.2023 (hereafter ‘impugned order dated 09.12.2023’) passed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge (‘PDSJ’), North East District, Karkardooma Courts in CR No. 185/2023 titled Anil Dutt Sharma v. State & Anrs. The petitioner also challenges the order dated 14.09.2023 (hereafter ‘impugned order dated 14.09.2023’) passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate (‘MM’), North East, Karkardooma Courts. 2. The petitioner had filed a complaint under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (‘CrPC’) along with an application under Section 156(3) of the CrPC against certain public persons and police officials.
