The present Petition has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 [hereinafter referred to as “CPC”] seeking to challenge an order dated 16.01.2025 [hereinafter referred to as “Impugned Order”] passed by the learned CJ-02, South, Saket Courts, Delhi. By the Impugned Order, two Applications under Order I Rule 10, one filed by Respondent No.3 and second filed by Respondent No.1 to implead Respondent No.2 have been allowed. 2. The maintainability of this Petition is a subject matter of challenge.
