The applicant has approached this Court by way of this application, praying for grant of regular bail in case arising out of FIR No. 500/2024, registered at Police Station Mahendra Park, Delhi, for the offences punishable under Sections 70/61(2)/123 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 [hereafter ‘BNS’]. 2.
