The present petition has been instituted under Section 11(6) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (the 1996 Act) by the petitioner, seeking appointment of an Arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes which have arisen between the parties in connection with the Agreement dated 28.04.2023. 2. On issuance of notice, Mr. Amit Meharia, learned counsel appeared on behalf of the respondent and on instructions, submits that the respondent does not oppose the appointment of an Arbitrator to decide the dispute in question. 3.
