This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking quashing of the tax proceedings against petitioner pursuant to Annexure-1. 2. A perusal of Annexure-1 indicates that the petitioner has produced screen shots from the site of the Department indicating his tax details. 3. No ground worth the name has been raised in the petition in questioning the validity of the demand indicated on the site of the Department. 4. Filing of the petition, seeking quashing of the demand, without any ground except for indicating that the wife and father of the petitioner are not well, are not grounds enough to question the validity of the demand raised. 5. The petition has no substance. The same is, therefore, dismissed.
