This application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 05.03.2025 inter alia with the submissions that when Writ Tax No. 701 of 2025 came up before the Court on 05.03.2025, Ms. Arti Agrawal, counsel for the petitioner had appeared through V.C., however, her presence has not been marked in the order dated 05.03.2025 when the petition was allowed. 2. In view of submissions made, the application is allowed. 3. The order dated 05.03.2025 is modified to the extent that name of Ms. Arti Agrawal would also be read as counsel appearing for the petitioner in the order dated 05.03.2025 passed by this Court.
