The instant petition has been filed praying for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents not to interfere in the construction of house by the petitioner over Gata No. 2091mi, Mauja Pata, Tehsil Manjhanpur, District Kaushambi. 2. The case of the petitioner as pleaded in the writ petition is that the petitioner obtained two registered sale-deeds from Indra Kumar Mishra and Manish Kumar on 28.05.2024 and 17.09.2024 and her name was duly mutated in the revenue records on basis of the said sale-deeds. She also got a building plan sanctioned from the Competent Authority for construction of a house over the said land. On 20.02.2025, respondents No. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 came there and stopped the construction work.
