The petitioner is not pressing any relief vis-a-vis the Bank, he only prays that a direction be issued to the Debts Recovery Tribunal that the stay application of the petitioner dated 19.12.2022 filed in Securitization Application No. 944 of 2022 be decided expeditiously. 3. Without going into the merits of the case, we only direct that from the next date fixed the Debts Recovery Tribunal within a period of one week shall make an andeavour to decide the stay application. 4.
