Petitioner's case in the writ petition is that 15 bonded labourers have been detained at the brick-kiln of respondent Nos.6 and 7. The petitioner has already submitted a complaint to the Senior Superintendent of Police, on 26th December, 2024 (Annexure-1 to the writ petition).
