In the said representation the petitioner has alleged that the compounding plan was got approved by respondent no.5 by manipulation and further that various constructions have been raised beyond the sanctioned plan. 2. Sri Ravi Prakash Pandey, learned counsel for the Development Authority states that complaint made by the petitioner is under active consideration of the Development Authority and appropriate action in accordance with law would be taken. 3.
