By means of present writ petition, the petitioner has prayed for following reliefs : "i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 10.02.2025 issued by the respondent No.4. ii. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent bank to accept the amount in easy installment." 3. It is stated that the petitioner had taken a loan amounting to Rs. 18,90,000/- but the same could not be repaid as per the terms of the agreement.
