The petitioner, whose land is situated abutting a proposed National Highway, has made representation to the respondents in respect of various issues and which has been forwarded by the Manager (Technical), Regional Office, Uttarakhand to the Project Director, P.I.U., Roorkee for necessary action at his level. The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to decide the representations dated 02.12.2024 and 06.05.2024 made by him in this behalf. 2. Sri Ram Chandra, Advocate holding brief of Sri Pranjal Mehrotra appearing for NHAI states that respondent no. 3 is competent to examine the grievance of the petitioner. 3. Accordingly, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to make fresh representation to respondent no. 3 along with true attested copy of the instant order
