When there was an order of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum dated 17.2.2022, the petitioner, under an impression that the order was not being complied with, had filed an application being Case No.2 of 2023 before the Uttar Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission, Lucknow. When this case was dismissed on 2.5.2024, the petitioner had now again moved a Recall Application on 13.8.2024. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Electricity Department has produced the instructions in his possession before the Court and from the instructions we find that after the order of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, a bill was generated and was passed on to the petitioner.
