It is not clear from the writ petition as to when the subject land was acquired, as the acquisition notifications have not been annexed. It has also not been disclosed when award was made and what is the stage of acquisition proceedings. 2. In absence of the aforesaid details, we are not in a position to examine the relief claimed. 3.
