Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Anadi Krishna Narayana, learned counsel appearing for the respondent-bank. 2. By means of the present writ petition, learned counsel for the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the impugned possession notice dated 06.02.2025 issued by respondent no.4. A prayer has also been made for a direction to respondent no.4 to accept the loan amount in easy installments which was due from the petitioner. 3. It is stated that the petitioner had taken a loan but the same could not be repaid as per the terms of the agreement. A notice for a sum of Rs.14,99,931.64/- and other expenses had been issued against the petitioner. During the arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit the amount, in case it is permitted to do so in easy installments.
