A 'one time settlement' was arrived at between the petitioners and the respondent-bank on 07.12.2024. However, it is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that thereafter two family members of the petitioners suffered from various severe and serious ailments, therefore, the petitioners were unable to deposit the money as per the settlement. 2. We have gone through the record and are convinced that the petitioners definitely went through difficulties after the settlement was arrived at. 3. Accordingly, under such circumstances, we provide that if the petitioners approach the bank by 13.04.2025, the bank would consider the petitioners' request sympathetically for the payment of money by the petitioners, as per the settlement dated 07.12.2024. 4.
