The petitioners have assailed an order dated 03.12.2024 passed by Regional Officer, U.P. Pollution Control Board intimating the petitioners that the Competent Authority has rejected the application of the petitioners to grant consolidated consent to operate and/or authorization for running a brick kiln. The order recites that online clarification was sought from the petitioners on 22.11.2024. The order further mentions that, according to report of earlier inspection dated 21.06.2023, the brick kiln site is not in accordance with the guidelines of U.P. Brick Kilns (Siting Criteria for Establishment) Rules, 2012, hence, the information sought should have been
