The petitioner claims that his old house was in existence over 1350 sq.ft. of Arazi No. 520. Its Municipal Number is 1-F(1) Adha Maswanpur, Kanpur. In July, 2021 due to heavy rain the building got damaged and the petitioner reconstructed the damaged part of the house. He has been duly paying municipal taxes. The respondent no. 3 illegally constructed a road on the vacant land on the backside of the house of the petitioner. The petitioner filed an application before the Vice Chairman, Kanpur Development Authority, Kanpur on 23.07.2024. The authorities have failed to redress the grievance of the petitioner and hence the instant petition for restraining the respondents from constructing boundary wall on the backside of the house of the petitioner and decide the representation made on 31.12.2024 (Annexure-6). 2.
