From the record, we find that a notice dated 27.2.2025 has been sent to the petitioner under Section 13(2) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the Bank Sri Namit Srivastava holding brief of Sri Anadi Krishna Narayana states that the petitioner can always file a reply under Section 13(3-A) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 3. We do find that the petitioner has not availed the opportunity of filing a reply under Section 13(3-A) of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002. 4. Under such circumstances, no interference is warranted. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Order Date :- 17.3.2
