At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner does not press the first prayer for quashment of notice 27.02.2025 issued by respondent No. 2 by which the petitioner has been directed to remove constructions within seven days from Gata No. 624, village Sanakara, Tehsil Bilaspur, District Rampur being part of acquired land. He submits that the building which exists over the acquired land is huge in size and it would not be possible to demolish the same within seven days, therefore, the petitioner should be granted some more time to demolish it and hand over possession of the same to the respondents. In this regard, learned counsel for the petitioner places reliance on paragraphs No. 14 & 18 of the writ petition, wherein, the stand taken is that the petitioner be granted one year time to remove the constructions. 2.
