The petitioner appears to be an elderly person who had complained against the respondent no. 3 before the District Magistrate. 2. Learned Standing Counsel Sri Amit Manohar states that the representation has been sent by Registered Post and that too before a wrong Authority. If the petitioner desires the redressal of his grievances under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the petitioner may approach the relevant Sub Divisional Magistrate. 3. Under such circumstances, we direct that if the petitioner approaches the appropriate authority within a period of two weeks from today then the Authority concerned would pass an order thereafter after hearing all the parties concerned within a period of two months, thereafter. 4.
