If that be so, remedy of the petitioner would be to lodge appropriate police report or to approach Magistrate under Section 175(3) BNSS. The allegations raised in this petition require investigation and cannot be looked into in this petition, at the first instance. 3. Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
