The petitioner is claiming lease back of the abadi area of his land on basis of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority Rural Abadi Site (Management and Regularisation) Regulation, 2011. The prayer made in the petition is for a direction to the authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner made in this behalf. 2. In the writ petition, it has not been disclosed when the land of the petitioner was acquired. No acquisition notification has been annexed. It has also not been disclosed when award was made. 3. Sri Sunil Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent - Authority is also not able to explain anything and we find him to be completely at a loss. 4. In these circumstances, we are not in a position to examine even prima-facie the claim of the petitioner. 5. The petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file a better petition.
