Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Petitioner was issued Aadhaar Card in the name of Shalu. He made a request for correction of his name as Shalu Kashyap. The application for correction in the name was considered but inadvertently his name has been changed in the Aadhaar Card as Shanu Kashyap instead of Shalu Kashyap. It is submitted that authorities now state that correction would be permissible only once. Learned counsel for the respondents states that grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the second respondent. Ordinarily there may be limitations for the person to apply for correction of the name and a restriction could be imposed on the number of occasions when such application can be moved but where the error is on account of recording of name by the department itself, the objection that second application cannot be made is not l
