Supplementary affidavit has been filed stating that petitioner has now been issued notice on 7th March, 2025 by the Regional Passport Officer, Ghaziabad. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly states that the petitioner shall respond to the notice and the authorities be directed to take appropriate reasoned decision in the matter. It goes without saying that once notice has been issued and the petitioner wants to respond it, the authorities shall apply their mind and would take appropriate decision.
