Petitioner claims that pursuant to authorization issued in her favour by fourth-respondent, she had set up a small shop within the premises of the fourth-respondent. Grievance is that without there being any objection of the fourth-respondent the police personals have removed her shop for sale of pooja materials in the temple. It is urged that neither any encroachment has been made by the petitioner nor there is any objection to her running of the shop within the premises of the fourth-respondent. Learned Standing Counsel states that such grievance of the petitioner would be got examined by the second-respondent. In the facts of the case, we permit the petitioner to approach the second-respondent, who shall examine the grievance of the petitioner and shall take an appropriate decision by passing reasoned order within a period of six weeks. In that event, it is found that there is any private-di
