Limited grievance raised in the writ is that though disciplinary committee Case No.95 of 2019 is pending before the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh after the remand of the matter from Bar Council of India, but the proceedings are not being concluded. It is stated that almost five years have passed since the proceedings are pending before the forum. Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondents states that the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh will take an appropriate decision, in accordance with law. In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon the respondent no.1 to accord consideration to petitioner's claim, as noticed above, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, after affording an opportunity of hearing to respondent nos.2 and 3, within a period of three months fro
