The prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondents to allot an industrial plot in the name of the petitioner as per offer given to her vide letter dated 26.12.2023. The petitioner has also prayed for a direction to the respondent- Authority to decide her representation dated 22.11.2024. 2. The case of the petitioner is that on 15.04.2005 industrial plot No. F-6 was allotted by the respondent, Development Authority, to one Satish Chand Agarwal. He transferred the same to Beena Batra. Thereafter, it was further transferred to Arun Bakshi, husband of the petitioner. He died on 09.02.2022 and therefore, the petitioner inherited the rights in the said plot. The respondent, Development Authority, vide letter dated 26.12.2023 gave option to the petitioner to opt for another plot or to accept refund of the entire amount along with simple interest of 6%
