A sale notice for sale of immovable properties has been issued by the Bank, dated 13.02.2025, for recovery of Rs. 20,26,481.19/- plus interest after 31.07.2024. 3. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner states that petitioner is willing to pay the loan amount in easy installments. 4.
