Faced with objection of the respondents that there is a civil dispute in respect of tenancy between the parties and National Commission for Scheduled Castes has no jurisdiction to intervene and consequently its orders cannot be enforced in writ, learned counsel for the petitioner comes up with the prayer to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue the remedy available to the petitioner in accordance with law.
