The sole grievance of the petitioners is that the fifth respondent, i.e. Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. is threatening to erect power line through the fields of the petitioners without paying any compensation to them. The petitioners have therefore prayed for a direction to the respondents not to raise any construction over their land comprising of Arazi No. 334, area 1.1120 hectare, Village Rudrapur, Pargana Haveli, Tehsil Sadar, District Maharajganj, except in accordance with law. 2.
