In the event the order passed by this Court in Petition No.1771 of 2024 under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is not complied with, remedy of the petitioner would be to institute appropriate proceedings for contempt. No direction in writ can be issued against private persons when the matter otherwise arises out of civil dispute between the parties in respect of immovable property.
