This petition has been filed by the petitioner claiming himself to be Ex-Treasurer of District Bar Association Mathura challenging the decision taken by the Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh whereby the decision taken by the Bar Association Mathura against two of its members has been interfered with. Various arguments are raised to challenged the order. Sri Ashok Kumar Tiwari, learned counsel for the respondent no.2, however, raises an objection to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that neither petitioner is the person aggrieved nor the petition has been filed on behalf of Bar Association and, therefore, he has no locus to intervene.
