Since issues raised before this Court in the present writ petition are already engaging the attention of the Debt Recovery Tribunal in a proceeding under Section 17 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, we are not inclined to entertain the parallel proceedings so as to grant relief. It goes without saying that the Tribunal shall accord expeditious consideration to the petitioner's pending stay application in the matter. Leaving it open for the petitioner to pursue the remedy before the appropriate forum, this petition is consigned to records. Ms. Smriti Gupta, holding brief of Sri Ramesh Kumar Shukla, Advocate has appeared for the respondents.
