Admittedly petitioner has approached the civil court for grant of injunction and her application is pending. In such circumstances, this Court would not be inclined to embark upon a factual enquiry regarding complaint of demolition of suit property by private respondents allegedly with the aid of police personnel. Since private dispute between the parties is already engaging the attention of the court, remedy of the petitioner would be to pursue her pending application before the concerned court, which shall be accorded consideration, expeditiously and in accordance with law.
