The instant petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution praying for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to pay compensation to the petitioners pursuant to awards dated 27.7.2024 and 7.9.2024 under the provisions of National Highways Act, 1956. The claim is in respect of arazi no. 489Ga area 0.094 hectare, Village-Rasoolpur, Pargana and Tehsil- Mariyahun, District-Jaunpur. 2. The case of the petitioners is that they were issued notice on 7.9.2024 under Section 3E of the Act by the Competent Authority for providing their bank details and other documents to facilitate release of compensation amount in their favour in pursuance of supplementary award dated 7.9.2024. The petitioners have provided the necessary documents but compensation amount has not been releas
