Petitioner had earlier approached this Court by filing Writ Petition No.22850 of 2024 in respect of present grievance, which was disposed of in terms of the observation made by this Court in Writ - C No. 41540 of 2023 (Pawan Kumar Rajbhar Vs. Union of India & 2 Ors.). The passport authority has also informed the petitioner to obtain no objection certificate from the concerned court. The petitioner instead of acting in furtherance of the liberty granted by this Court has now filed the present writ petition. The notice issued by the authorities dated 10.1.2025 is challenged. Once the petitioner has failed to comply with the observation made by this Court in his earlier petition, we find no error in the action of respondents in
