Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. Against the order impugned petitioner has the remedy of preferring an appeal under Section 32(4) of the Food Safety & Standards Act, 2006. Since such remedy has not been availed, we decline to entertain the present writ petition. It is, however, provided that if such an appeal is filed within two weeks from today, the same shall be entertained on merits, without raising any objection with regard to limitation and shall be dealt with, expeditiously.
