Heard learned counsel for the parties. Against the order of demand issued against the petitioner, the statutory remedy of appeal is available under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003. Since such remedy has not been availed, we are not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, in facts of the case, we provide that if the appeal is filed within two weeks from today along with copy of this order, the same shall be entertained on merits without raising any objection with regard to limitation.
