This writ petition has been filed for a direction that Application bearing Case No. 6611 of 2023, under Section 14 of Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 pending before the respondent no.3 i.e. Additional District Magistrate (F&R), Meerut, be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time. 3. The only grievance raised by the petitioner-Bank is that the proceedings pending at the level of the competent authority under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 is kept pending for long. 4.
