Since the grievance of petitioner is against the authority at Bahraich and the supplies have also been made to the concerned office at Bahraich, a writ would not lie before this Court for lack of territorial jurisdiction. Jurisdiction will not be created only because petitioner firm is established at Kanpur Nagar. We are of the considered opinion that this Court will have no territorial jurisdiction to entertain the present writ petition. Leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the concerned Court, this writ petition is consigned to records.
