Petitioner wants a consideration of his application addressed to Sub- Registrar Tehsil- Chandpur, District- Bijnor. The representation is dated 06.02.2025 according to which certain forge and fabricated transfer deeds have been got registered in the year 2012 and on the strength of such sale deeds further transfer deeds are being executed. The petitioner wants such subsequent transfers not to be registered. There appears to be a private dispute between petitioner and respondent Nos. 3 and 4 in respect of the sale deed. A suit for cancellation is already pending. In such circumstances, remedy of the petitioner would be to pursue such civil proceedings. No direction would be required to be issued to the Sub-Registrar to examine the representation. Writ petition is mis-conceived and is accordingly dismissed.
