Against cancellation of petitioner's license, remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the appellate authority in terms of Section 70 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006. Since, such alternative remedy has not been availed, we are not inclined to entertain the present petition. In the facts of the case, it is however provided that if the appeal is filed within a period of two weeks from today, the same shall be entertained without any objection with regard to limitation and shall be dealt with, in accordance with law.
