Petitioner's claim for payment of compensation under the Disaster Relief Scheme appears to have been denied consideration only on the ground that the post mortem report does not specify the cause of death. Viscera has been preserved. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that various materials as well as police report conclusively established the fact that the cause of death was snake bite. Reliance is also placed upon a Government Order dated 08.07.2021, according to which there is no requirement of waiting for the viscera report and that relief be made available within a period of 7 days. It is submitted that the object of the scheme itself would be frustrated in the manner such claims are kept pending. Learned Standing Counsel states that the case of the petitioner would got re-examined by the District Magistrate- Mirzapur. In that view of the matter, we dispose of this writ petit
