Since, insurance claim has already been repudiated by the private respondent no.3-Insurance Company, the remedy of the petitioner would be to approach the Insurance Ombudsman. It goes without saying that if the petitioner approaches the Insurance Ombudsman, he would accord consideration to the petitioner's claim in accordance with law after notice to the Insurance Company, at the earliest possible.
