In such circumstances, it will be open for the petitioners to approach the concerned Magistrate for necessary action, in accordance with law. It goes without saying that if such approach is made, the concerned Magistrate will exercise its jurisdiction in examining the grievance and would take necessary steps as may be warranted in law.
