The petitioner's claim for payment of Rs.5,75,884/- together with interest can appropriately be examined by 3rd respondent, at the first instance. In such circumstances, we permit the petitioner to approach 3rd respondent annexing all materials in support of its claim along with copy of this order within a period of two weeks. Such claim shall be accorded consideration by passing appropriate reasoned order within a further period of four weeks. The amount which is found due and payable in terms of such determination shall be released within further period of four weeks. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
