Prayer in the writ petition is to restrain private respondent nos.5 to 8 from interfering in the petitioner's land in question. Respondent nos.5 to 8 are private persons. Filing of the writ petition virtually seeks injunction in respect of immovable property against private respondents. Such petition is unheard. In that view of the matter, filing of the present writ petition is misconceived, at this stage and is consequently dismissed.
