Petitioner's husband died in an accident on 20.12.2018. She claims to have raised a claim for payment of insurance amount in terms of the scheme known as Samajwadi Kisan Avam Sarvahit Bima Yojna in the year 2019. Grievance is that though petitioner has moved a reminder application before the District Magistrate, Prayagraj on 24.01.2022 but despite expiry of sufficient time authority concerned has not taken any decision, so far. Hence, this petition. 2. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in the event petitioner's claim has not been considered, the same shall be considered by the competent authority, in accordance with law, expeditiously. 3.
