Vishwakarma, holding brief of Shri Dharmendra Vaish for respondent no.3. 2. Petitioner has an account in the respondent Bank. This account has been freezed on the instructions of the police personnel on account of involvement of petitioner's account in the cyber crime. In this petition prayer is made to direct the respondent Bank to de- freeze petitioner's account. 3. Since petitioner's account has been freezed on account of criminal case the proper remedy available was to approach the concerned Magistrate for release of account. The Magistrate has already rejected petitioner's application vide order dated 21.01.2025. This order is not under challenge in this petition.
